It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Stephen Barlow of Lorain, Ohio, born in Texarkana, Arkansas, who passed away on July 25, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Barlow and Lillie Barlow. He is survived by: his brothers, John Barlow (Marylin) of Cincinnati and Dave Van Horn (Cecelia) of Lorain. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
