With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Sheryl D. Plato-Carter of Lorain, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 6, 2024 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Sheryl is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Sheryl's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Michael D. Plato and Mary Elizabeth Plato; her sister Suzanne Plato; and her son Cyrus Carter. She is survived by : her sons, David Blaine (Jennifer) and Jayson Blaine (Brenda); her daughter-in-law Stacey Carter; and her siblings, Michele Wade, Tracie Laws, Raymond and Michael Plato. She is also survived by grandchildren, 2 great granddaughters, and many loving nieces, nephews.
