She is survived by: her daughters, Sha'ton Washington of Lorain and Renee Kistler of Columbus, Ohio; her grandchildren, Zamiya Washington of Lorain, Ohio, Noah Kistler and Leighton Ashley of Columbus, Ohio; her siblings, Keith Ashley of Far Rockaway, Sharon Lewis of Bronx, Maureen Lewis of Columbus and Tonja Miller of Lorain, Ohio; and her nieces and nephews, Oshanna Ashley of Jamaica, Latisha Wright of Dunwoody, Ebony Lewis of Dunwoody, Latoya Lewis of Columbus, Ohio, Darryl Lewis of Columbus, Leon Lewis of Columbus, Kevin Lewis of Columbus, Tony Miller of Lorain, Ohio and Ketren Miller of Lorain, Ohio. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
