She was predeceased by: her sons, Michael and Danny; her parents, Howard Burleson and Emma Burleson; and her brother Gary Burleson.
She is survived by: her husband Bill Phillips Sr.; her sons, Charles of Lorain, Bernard of Lorain and Bill Jr. of Lorain; and her sisters, Vivian Verda of Oberlin and Lillian Quillen of Big Gap.
