She was predeceased by: her husband Mike Lilak; her parents, Steven Polly and Sophie Polly (Rym); her siblings, Katherine Johnson and Steve Pauley; her son Michael Lilak; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Hammon.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Howard (Marty); her grandchildren, Mayetta, Michael, Matthew Lilak, Joseph Cabrera (Vicki Butera) and Kayla Cabrera; and her great grandchildren, Gabriel Bailey, Gavin Davieau, Peyton and Joseph Cabrera.
