It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sharon Lee Phelps (Lorain, Ohio), who passed away on February 24, 2019, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Garland J. Phelps; and her sister Patricia. She is survived by: her children, Joan Julock, Dorothy Nail, Albert Phelps and Scott Phelps; and her grandchildren, Christina, Nina, Jacob, Kateland, Andrew, Teddy, Penny and Veit.
