She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter J Kozlowski and Ruth A Kozlowski; and her brother Paul A. Kozlowski. She is survived by: her close friend Ray Thomas; her children, Melissa Natale (Michael) of San Diego, Brandi Fenstermacher (Matthew) of Schuylkill Haven, Ashley White (Ryan) of Schuylkill Haven and Michael Ringler (Meredith) of Tiffin; her grandchildren, Kayla, Grayson, Nicholas, Elizabeth, Ava and Luca; and her siblings, Philip Kozlowski of Sandusky, Mark Kozlowski of Lorain, Matthew Kozlowski (Betty) of Lorain, Cynthia Coleman (Lee) of Vermilion and Norma Kozlowski of Lorain.
