He was predeceased by: his father Raymond P. Smarr. He is survived by: his wife Julie Smarr; his sons, Matthew Smarr and Patrick Smarr; his granddaughters, Annie Smarr, Sarah Smarr and Leah Smarr; his mother Barbara L. Smarr of Lorain; and his siblings, Shawn M. Jones of Lorain, Darren M. Smarr (Karin) of Lorain and Steven D. Smarr (Denise) of Lorain.
