She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis Walker; her parent Robert Haynes; and her brother Karl Haynes. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Leilani Lewis, Sean Hamby and Alayah Hamby; her siblings, Christeen Payne, Tracie Haynes, Nathan Haynes, Joseph Haynes, Conroy Haynes and Harvey Haynes; and her cousin Mary Sandifer (Boo).

Social distancing and wearing a mask are required.

For 30+ years, she was a proud member of the Ohio Order of the Eastern Star, an organization dedicated to charity, truth, and loving kindness.
