She is survived by: her children, Scott Shafer of Lorain, Kelly Jacko (Mark) of Wellington and Stephanie Shafer of Lorain; her grandchildren, Ariel, Joey, Chantz and Lexi; her great grandchildren, J. J., Gio and Lennox; and her siblings, Christine, Julia, Patricia and Kenneth. She is also survived by five nieces.
