Felton III; his stepchildren, Anetaeus Spencer and Chance Spencer; and his siblings, Carnell B. Felton Sr. (Teresa), Wihelminia J. Peterson (Freddie), Sarah Jane Rucker-Moon and Elder Arthurene L. Cardwell. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving relatives.
