He was predeceased by: his father Wilmer Rodriguez. He is survived by: his wife Yanitza Fontanez; his children, Jose Fontanez, Jeremiah Fontanez, Yaneska Fontanez and Samer Fontanez Jr.; his mother Carmen Fontanez; and his brothers, William Adorno, Bianchey Fontanez, Wilmer Rodriguez Jr., Jamel Fontanez, Christopher Fontanez, Jon Fontanez and Alex Fontanez. He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

It is required that masks are worn due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
