He was predeceased by: his children, Stephanie Ann Oliver, Patricia Diane Oliver and Andrea Lynn Chaszar; his sister Marilyn Dye; and also, Roy and Martha Hardy.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Lee Pufnock (Jim) of Port Clinton and Linda "Lindy" Marie Sleasman (Ron) of Lorain; his husband Gary Oliver; and also, Jaki Hines of Knoxville, TN. and Linda Bryant of Knoxville, TN.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis TN, 38105.
