She is survived by: her husband Ronald; her sons, Richard Stephanchick (Gail), Gary Stephanchick (Stacy) and Scott Stephanchick; her grandchildren, Jon Stephanchick (Tricia), Heather Pagan (Francisco) and Daniel Stephanchick (Heather); her great grandchildren, Ellianah Stephanchick, Aubree Partin, Amelia Osidach, Adi Pagan and Xavier Pagan; her sister Betty Jean Hayward; her sister-in-law Laurie Jackson; and her nieces and nephews, Doug, Jeff Jackson, Pam Jackson and Kristin Rhoad.
