She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry Wade, Sr. and Florine Lady Wilson; and her siblings, Charlotte, Donna and Mark Wade.

She is survived by: her children, David Michael Thomas, Jr., Latrice Ann Thomas, Ellis Francis, Jr. (Denise), Brytani Nycole Fryson, Willie Louis Fryson, Jr., Nya Rojohna Ymani Wade, Jacqueline Danielle Wade, Jennifer Cherise Wade, Philadonna Yvonne Wade and Erica Joy Wade; and her siblings, John Henry Wade, Jr., Christopher Allen Wade, Raymond Lee Wade, Yvette Rachelle Wade, Jason Wade, Billy Wade and Daryl Wade.

COVID-19 precautions will be observed, face masks are required.
