She was predeceased by: her son William Stout; her siblings, Thomas Phillips and Noreen Duncan; and her parents, John Phillips and Nora Phillips.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Robert Babbitt; her daughters, Lila Fleming (Edgar) of Lorain and Myrna Fechko (Tom) of Lorain; and her sister Glenda M. Laska of Fairmont, WV.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, eight great great grandchildren; three step grandchildren; one step great granddaughter.
