He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis "Scott" Stout and Hazel I. Britton; his brother Francis "Buster" Britton; his parents-in-law, Paul Shook, Jr. and Hattie Mae Shook; his sister-in-law Terry Gowers; and his pet Cleo.
He is survived by: his wife Paula; his children, Tracy Barr (Adolph) of Elyria, Desiree Stout (Aaron) of Elyria, Angel Stout of Cleveland, Ginger Stout of Lorain, Melanie Stout, Roger L. Stout II and Mark Stout (Jennifer); his brother-in-law Tom Shook of Clarksburg; and his nephews, Kencil Watson (Diedra Cox) of Clarksburg, Robbie Stout of Clarksburg and Duke Stout of Clarksburg.
