He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Red" and Jennie Witkowski. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his brother John Witkowski (Joan) of Amherst; his brothers-in-law, Tony Ribaric (Patty) of Lorain and Richard Ribaric (Linda) of Tempe; his nieces and nephews, Dawna Hawes (Michael) of Henderson, Cindy Mohney of Chandler, Laura Tomko (Jeff) of Birmingham, Jon Witkowski, Jr. (Laura), A. J. Ribaric and Paul Ribaric; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Chloe Ribaric, Veronica Ribaric, Aurora Ribaric, Austin, Andrew Tomko, Anthony Corbin and Dartanion Ribaric.
