He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Melton and Shirley Melton. He is survived by: his close friend Pamela S. Seymour; his children, Christina Marie Melton, Robert Lee "Little Bob" Melton and Linda Seymour; his grandchildren, Jacob Ball, Nathan Ball, Kamron Saunders, Bryson Ball and Jayden Rodriguez; and his siblings, Vickie Tomlin, Kimberly Crites and Nawassa Clatterbuck.
