He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlan "Hadsel" Rowe and Lenora Rowe (Davis); his sister Frances Arlyne Mihlbauer; and his brothers-in-law, Gary McCullough, Steve Lynch and Jake Mihlbauer.
He is survived by: his wife Josephine Marie Rowe; his children, Tamara Basci (Dan) of Ashland, OH and Michael Rowe (Rachel) of Lorain, OH; his grandchildren, Henry, Molly, Priscilla, Waylon, Lenora, Madison (Nathan) and Bailee; and his siblings, Russell "Keith" Rowe (Karla), Janice Williamson (Jim), Jeanette McCullough and Betty Jean Lynch. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
