It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J. Betzel (Lorain, Ohio), who passed away on January 11, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Robert J. Betzel to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Betzel and Stella Betzel. He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Jackie Betzel-Conrad, Karalynne Vitas (Mark), Kristin Cortez (Jesse) and John Betzel (Ruth Keller); his adoptive daughter Cecilia Peasley; his siblings, Louis Jr. (late Gail) and Nancy Miller (Ron); and his significant other Bear. He is also survived by several cousins, many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
