He is survived by: his children, Kevin O'Brien of Richmond, Coleen Siwierka (Allan) of Elyria, Michael O'Brien (Becky) of Lorain, Mary Kay O'Brien of Lorain and Tim O'Brien of Lorain; his grandchildren, Katelynn Siwierka, Matthew O'Brien and Steven Siwierka; and his sister Geraldine Reid of Westlake.
