He was predeceased by: his wife June L. Frederick; his parents, Harold J. Frederick and Jeanette R. Frederick; and his sister Margaret K. Damon (Peggy). He is survived by: his son Rich Frederick (Carol Wisniewski) of North Ridgeville; his siblings, Thomas Frederick (Geraldine) of St. Augustine, Ann Koler (Michael) and Carol Presutto (Samuel) of Lorain; and his friend Mary Delfino. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins and countless caring friends and close neighbors.
