He is survived by: his wife Eileen Dziak; his child Brian Dziak (Kelly) of Ft; his grandchildren, Marissa, Lauren, Madison, Bella, Blake, Chase, Arya and Popi; and his siblings, Barbara Goza of Cheboygan, Beverly Allsop (Bill) of Vermilion, Joan Rodriguez (Mike) of Grafton, John Dziak (Kathy) of Lorain, Jim Dziak (Diane) of Lorain, Mike Dziak (Toni) of Lorain and Brenda Jones (Dave) of Wooster.
