He is survived by: his wife Jeannette; his children, Robert of Lorain, Rachelle Dalzell of Macedonia, OH, Sheryl Salkowitz (Dennis Perez) of Niwot, CO and Janelle Bokal of Greenwood, IL; his siblings, Wayne M. Salkowitz (Cathy) of Sun City, SC and Judith Murray (Bill) of Westlake; and his parents, Casimir A. and Dorothy Salkowitz. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
