He was predeceased by: his parents, William M. Brown and Mary Ann Brown; his brother William D. Brown; and his fathers-in-law, Richard Canter and Larry Jackson.
He is survived by: his wife Millissa; his children, Ciera Wagner (James Green) of Lorain, Ryan Foor of Lorain and Lt. Brandon Foor (Jennifer Pry); his grandchildren, Julianna Spataro, Kayla Lee, Landon Foor, Kaity Lee, Gianna Foor and Brody Foor; his sisters, Debbie Gresh (John) of South Amherst and Cindy Laeng (Jeff) of North Olmsted; and his mother-in-law Peggy Jackson of Lorain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
