He was predeceased by: his parents, L. C. Walker and Julia Walker; and his siblings, Lynn Hollins, Charlie, Robert Walker and C. L. Newsome.
He is survived by: his wife Toni Walker; and his children, Julie McFadden, Pamela Walker and Jermaine Patterson. He is also survived by son grandchildren and great grandchildren.
