He was predeceased by: his son Scott M. Toth. He is survived by: his wife Theresa "Terri"; his children, Richard Toth (Barbara), Sarah Ann Pruchinsky (Tike) and Michael W. Toth; his grandchildren, Scott, Dylan, Samantha, Alex, Chase Toth, Anthony, David Chambers and Kristin Padgett; and his siblings, Rosemary Ocoin and Rich.
