He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Pekare and Elizabeth Pekare; his stepfather Michael Matijasic; and his brother James Pekare. He is survived by: his daughter Elizabeth (Steven Wells) of South Amherst; his granddaughters, Grace Baumann (Justin) and Stephanie Wells; and his great grandchild Beckham Baumann.
