He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Stanley MacNair Jr. and Marjorie Dawn MacNair; his wife Mary Louise; his sister Evelyn Jean; and his great grandchild Christopher Ashley.
He is survived by: his children, Sean MacNair of Lorain, Marc MacNair (Tori) of Cleveland Heights, Dawn Dayton (Alan) of Elyria and Darcie Moldovan (Benjamin) of Elyria; his grandchildren, Meryl Smith of Elyria, Abigail Smith of Wellington, Dana Smith of Elyria, Matthew MacNair of Geneva and Rebecca MacNair of Massillon; his sister Barbra MacNair of Oakland, CA; and his great grandchild Raelynn Kannenberg of Elyria.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Chapel (4301 Pearl Ave, Lorain, OH 44055). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Calvary Cemetery (555 N Ridge Rd, Lorain, OH 44053).
