He is survived by: his wife Janet Dzambik; his children, David Dzambik (Carol), Deana Haydu (Keith) and Dory Zemanek (Philip); his grandchildren, Andrew Dzambik, Ian, Evelyn Haydu, Alyson Haydu and Rebecca Zemanek; his stepgrandchildren, Zack and Mallory Zemanek; and his sister Dolores Ganobcsik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
