He is survived by: his wife Donna Smith (Chapman); his children, Chawntel Smith, Kimberly Smith, Drew Chapman, Julian Smith, Jessica Smith, Tanesha Rembert and Miracle Rembert; and his sister Portia Mayle. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
