He was predeceased by: his parents, Enrique Meza and Mary Louisa Meza; and his nephew Joe Meza Jr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Meza Fulmer of North Ridgeville, Linda Cruz (Jesse) of South Carolina and Joseph Meza (Cindy) of Lorain; and his nieces and nephews, Sandra Peloquin, Mark Fulmer, Ann Fulmer, Wendy Meza, Michael Cruz and Mary Black.

Military honors will be conducted by the AMVETS Post 32 Elyria immediately after mass.In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Veterans , PO Box 758517, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8517 or Hospice of the Western Reserve.
