He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kurtz and Rebecca Woodcock; and his brother Richard Kurtz. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Kurtz; his children, Katelynn Kurtz of Lorain and Kyle Kurtz (Rachel) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Jayce, Annalynn, Remi, Kyersen and Rymer; his siblings, Robert Kurtz, Adam Woodcock, Scott Strunk and Christina Kurtz Scanlon; and his stepparents, George Woodcock of South Amherst and Rita Kurtz of Kentucky.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be given for the care of the family.
