He was predeceased by: his daughter Christine Walton Siley (Dru); and his parents, John Walton and Helen Walton Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Charlotte; his sons, Randy Jr. and Michael (Sue Weizenicker); his grandchildren, Ian, Alex, Jonah and Eloise; and his sister Cassandra (Frank Perrotta).
