He is survived by: his children, Guy Ortiz of Miami, FL, Ina Funk (Dave) of Key Largo, FL, Amy Renfroe (Donnie) of Barnesville, GA, Primo Ortiz, Jr. of Lorain, Vier Ortiz (Lori) of Lorain, Enar Ortiz (Jennifer) of Lorain and Evelisse Ortiz of Lorain; and his siblings, Dolores "Lola" Marrero of Lawrenceville, GA, Jesus "Jesse" Gonzalez Ortiz of Knox, IN and Angel Ortiz of Oberlin. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
