He was predeceased by: his parents, Armehilio Sanchez and Aurora Sanchez. He is survived by: his children, Cynthia Greene of Avon Lake, Lillian Tapia of Lorain, Nelson Tapia, Richard Tapia of Pennsylvania and Thelma Hernandez of New Jersey. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several siblings.
