He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Diaz and Rebecca Diaz; and his sister Juanita Diaz. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Diaz (Sandi) of North Ridgeville, Francis Diaz (Angela) of Lorain, Mario Reyna (Louise) of Lorain, Mary Detling (Tim) of Mentor and Christina Livengood of North Royalton. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
All attendees are required to wear facial coverings and follow COVID-19 social distancing protocols displayed at the funeral chapel entrance.
