He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Jessel; his brother James Jessel; and his parents, Mae Jessel and Peter C. Jessel. He is survived by: his children, Sharon Jessel of Sandusky, Susan Gehringer (Lewis) of Birmingham, Ohio. and Jon Jessel (Dede) of Birmingham, Ohio.; and his close friend Ruth Branch of Sheffield, Ohio.. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren.
