He was predeceased by: his wife Georgene Wormsley; his brothers, Glenn, Jimmy and Tommy; and his parents, Dan Wormsley and Cleta Wormsley.
He is survived by: his children, Dan Wormsley (Carrie) of Amherst, Paula Wingard (Rick) of Lorain, Dianna Brezina (Ed) of Lorain and Michelle Murray (Robert) of Grafton; and his siblings, Kyle Wormsley of Georgia and Joanne Kravis of Florida. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Valor Home, 221 W 21st Street Lorain, OH 44052.
