We are sad to announce that on March 2, 2024, at the age of 62, Patrick S. DeLeonardis of Lorain, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Patrick S. DeLeonardis to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Achilles (Carol DeLeonardis) and Lorain; and his brother Kevin DeLeonardis. He is survived by : his close friend Ruth Ann Hall; his daughters, Jennifer DeLeonardis (Anthony Yanez) of Phoenix and Alyssa Clarkson (Steven) of Amherst; his siblings, Debbie Horton of Onalaska, Michael DeLeonardis (Cathy) of Huntsville and Marie Wise (Rodney) of Miamisburg, Ohio; and also, Joe and Jeremiah. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to Mercy New Life Hospice, 3500 Kolbe Rd, Lorain, OH 44053.
