O'Keefe and Della O'Keefe; and his children, Patrick Jr. (Linda) of Wellington, Dennis (Debbie) of Moscow, Larry of Lorain, Kevin (Jill) of New Russia Township, Brian of Sheffield Village, Bridget O'Keefe of Lorain and Maureen O'Keefe of Belews Creek. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
