It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Lou Triplett (Lorain, Ohio), born in Holden, West Virginia, who passed away on April 21, 2018, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Johnnie Triplett; her parents, Woodrow Maynard and Muriel Maynard; and her grandson Elijah Nathaniel Triplett. She is survived by: her children, Paul M. Triplett (Melissa) of Vermilion, Melva Simulcik (Philip) of Lorain and Melinda Bailey (Brian) of Crestwood, KY; her grandchildren, Ryan Scott Simulcik, Erin Marie Triplett, Emily Therese Triplett, Jessica Frances Bailey, Josiah Louis Triplett and Bradley Reese Bailey; and her siblings, Bob Maynard (Georgia), Bill Maynard and Betty Fraley (Irvin). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
