Patricia Gedling Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 27, 2021, at the age of 97, Patricia Gedling of Lorain, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George and Jane; her husband James Gedling; her brother Patrick O'Brien; her sister-in-law Maxine O'Brien; her son-in-law Philip Q. Maiorana; and her grandson Kevin Kiepe.

She is survived by: her children, Lori Maiorana (Pete Rosso), James Gedling (Georgene) and David Gedling (Heidi); her stepdaughter Barbara Jean Johnson (Joe Barnicle); her grandchildren, Salvatore (Adele), James S. (Julie), James (Kate), Nicole (Frank) and Erin (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Jules, Sophia, Jade, Giovanni, James R., Jemma, Madeline, Frankie, George and Genevieve. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to St. Mary Church, Lorain.
