She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Tokarz and Mary Tokarz; and her brother Stanley J. Tokarz. She is survived by: her caregiver Reserve (Nurse Corps); her cousins, Susan Beaudin (Jeff), Robin Gordon (Ken), Janice "Pookie" Mariner (William), Jessica, Christina, Stacey, Matt, Melanie, MaKayla Drwal (Jace) and MaKenzie Kesterson; and her friend Pam Black.
