Opal Jefferys Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Opal Jefferys (Lorain, Ohio), born in Kingwood, West Virginia, who passed away on May 10, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Harvey and Ora D. Christman; her husband Woodford Jefferys (Windy); and her siblings, Clifton, Louis, Vivian, Betty and Leona.
She is survived by: her children, Richard (Bari Lynn) of Waynesville, NC, Charles (Bonnie) of Oakwood, OH, Woody of Elyria Township, OH, Pam Sivnksty of Fairmont, WV and Sharon Jarrett (Tim) of Summerfield, FL; and her sisters, Bernice Didio of Baltimore, MD and Barbara Tennyson of Chesapeake, VA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 14 from 11 a. m. until the time of the funeral services at 12:00 p. m. at Broadway Assembly Church, 5495 Broadway, Lorain, Ohio (masks are recommended).
