She was predeceased by: her brother William A Higgins; her parents, James R. Higgins and Marianne Dessain; and her stepfather Warren D. Dessain. She is survived by: her children, Matthew Loescher (Jessica) and Amanda Moretz (Damian); her grandchildren, Bailey Loescher, Parker Loescher, Chayse Hanley, Alexandria Loescher, Ryleigh Moretz and Addyson Moretz; and her siblings, Nina K. Kimbel and James Higgins (Crystal) of Kentucky.
