He is survived by: his parents, Nelson Cruz and Betty Hughes of Lorain; his sister Melanie Cruz; his grandmother Matilda Cruz; his great-aunt Iris Adorno (Sammy); and his aunts and uncles, Luis Cruz (Ann), Orlando Cruz (Valerie), Brando Cruz (Michelle), Robert Hughes, Wiliam Hughes, Nora Mugler (Jon), Marlinda Trifelletti, Carol Hartman (Jackie), Jane Watchorn (Mike) and Elida Watchorn (David).
