He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugenio Rosario and Pauline Rosario; and his siblings, Sarah Rosario, Benjamin Melendez and Isaias Rosario.
He is survived by: his spouse Claudette; his children, Carmen Lugaro of Chicago, Luz Espino of Cicero, Nestor Rosario-Rodriguez of Carlisle, Heather Feliciano of Lorain and Courtney Melendez; and his siblings, Fela Santiago, Angela Rosario, Efijenia Rosario, Dolores Rosario, Eugenio Rosario, David Rosario, Alberto Rosario and Jose Rosario. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
