She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Stumphauzer and Goldie Stumphauzer; her husband Donald A. Kozich; and her granddaughter Hanna Nicole Kozich. She is survived by: her children, Donald A. Kozich II (Michelle) of Lorain, Daniel R. Kozich of Dublin and Denise M. Roman (Edwin) of Lorain; her grandchildren, Jacob Kozich, Kaitlin Kozich, Kyle Kozich, Alyssa Roman and Andriana Seda; and her brother Ronald Stumphauzer (Sylvia) of St. Mary. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
